Course Outcomes:

By the end of the workshop, participants should be able to:

  • Have an overall understanding of the importance of the Job Safety Analysis Process in creating Standard Work Procedures and reducing incidents
  • Have an overall understanding of their role as Supervisors or Team Leaders in ensuring the successful implementation of the Job Safety Analysis Process.
  • Be able to:
  1. Select critical jobs for analysis
  2. Complete a Job Safety Analysis, Standard Work Procedure and Planned Task Observation
  3. Implement the procedures and practices, and
